Steps from the turquoise waters, this Inlet Beach residence on 30A underwent a sweeping transformation—an extensive renovation that elevated the entire home into a curated showcase of coastal refinement.
Designed in collaboration withDuce May of DuceInteriors, the project seamlessly blends clean lines, tailored finishes, and serene tones fora space that’s as livable as it is luxurious.
The renovation began with a strategic demolition—clearing the way by removing the dated kitchen, master bathroom, flooring, soffits, built-ins, and the original fireplace. This blank canvas allowed for a total reimagination of the layout and material palette, centered around comfort, functionality, and timeless elegance.
In the kitchen, sleek new custom cabinetry, designer hardware, and upgraded appliances were paired with stunning countertops and elevated plumbing fixtures to create a space that’s both high-performance and visually striking.Double islands were added to further expandthe form and functionality of the heart of the condo.
The master bathroom was fully reimagined, featuring a new vanity, statement fixtures, and sophisticated surfaces—offering a spa-like retreat within the home.The large wet room is stunning in and of itself, but the added view of the Gulf of America is breathtaking.The master closet was also redesigned for greater organization and flow.
Throughout the rest of the home,new flooring was installed for a seamless, elevated foundation. Lighting was updated in every room, with thoughtfully placed fixtureswereselected to enhance mood and architectural features.A fresh coat of interior paint and reworked ceiling soffits added softness and cohesion to the newly opened layout.
Guest bathrooms received selective updates including new countertops, fresh fixtures, and new custom glass enclosures in two suites, ensuring these secondary spaces reflect the same level of design integrity.From the partially reworked master officeto the complete overhaul of the downstairs fireplace, every room was touched with care and vision. The result is a fresh, modern take on coastal living—grounded in craftsmanship, guided by intentional design, and tailored to the lifestyle of its owners.This complete renovation has infused the space with new life, creating a cohesive, stylish, and welcoming atmosphere that blends luxury with functionality.
