Yes, we are a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and fully insured. Our team of skilled professionals are trained to handle all aspects of residential remodeling projects.

How long do projects take?

The duration of the remodeling project varies depending on the size, complexity, and scope of work involved. We will provide you with a realistic timeline taking into account factors such as permits, material availability, and extent of the project. For example, we can do a kitchen remodel in 8-10 weeks. Larger whole house/condo renovations can take 6 months – 1 year. Design work can take up to a couple of months before we even start production.

What is your timeframe to start?

Varies on size of the project and our current workload. It can be anywhere between 3-6 months. We can begin design work during the waiting period.

How long have you been in business?

Jake has been in the construction industry since 2012. He started RP in 2015 originally to flip houses. In 2016, he decided to start taking on clients and became a licensed contractor. Since being a licensed contractor, Jake has renovated hundreds of properties. His 10+ years of experience allows us to deliver high quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Absolutely. We take pride in our past projects and can provide references. We also have a portfolio of some of our completed projects showcasing our expertise. In some cases, we can even visit previous projects in person to see a past project up close.

We accept cash, check, or wire transfer. We require a deposit and lay out a draw schedule based on construction progress. Our team will provide you with clear payment terms before starting the project.

What happens if I want to make changes to the project after it has started?

We understand that adjustments and changes may arise during the remodeling process. We will work closely with you to accommodate reasonable changes. Depending on the scope of the change, we will provide you with a change order that includes description and price to be signed before beginning the new work. Change orders typically result in a longer timeline.

Providing an excellent remodeling experience is our top priority. In the unlikely event that any issues arise after the project is completed, we offer post-project support and follow up. Our Process

Initial Call:
We begin by having a call to discuss your goals, budget, and vision. This helps us understand what you want to achieve and allows us to provide professional insight and suggestions. We find out if you plan to stay in your home, what style makes you most comfortable, what things you love about your kitchen, and what things you want to change. We discuss budget, timeline and when you would like the remodel to begin.

Probable Cost Opinion (PCO):
After evaluating your space, we provide an estimated cost breakdown so you have a clear picture of the investment required, without details like finishes and fixtures.

Design & Development Agreement :
After you review your PCO, and you decide that it meets your budget and goals, we will prepare a Design & Development Agreement. This outlines the entirety of your kitchen remodel in great detail. The Agreement requires several steps before it is ready for your review

On-Site Measurement - We meet onsite in your home to see the space, review kitchen project goals, design concepts, and taking measurements and photos of your space.

Initial Design Concept - We prepare a professional 3D design rendering for your kitchen remodel, so you can envision the final result.

Detailed Scope of Work & Selection List – your agreement will include a full list of selection, fixture and finish recommendations which we review together.

Finalize Proposal – We meet to confirm all designs, selections, and finishes of your new kitchen to make sure that everything is mapped out to your approval.

Before we sign a project contract, we want you to be confident that the majority of all project decisions and designs have been made and approved by you so you are excited to move forward with us.

Project Contract:
Once plans are finalized, we formally sign a contract and receive your project deposit. You will receive a scope of work timeline, and construction drawings if needed. We handle all aspects of construction, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and seamless coordination.

You will be connected with your kitchen remodel team to ensure that you are always aware of the remodel process.

Remodel:
Your new kitchen will take shape from pre-construction and remodeling, through final walkthrough.

Throughout the process, we emphasize open communication, so you’re always informed about progress, timelines, and any adjustments needed.
