Olde Plantation in Kelly Plantation
An outdated residence in one of Destin’s most exclusive gated communities has been reimagined into a refined, modern masterpiece. Nestled in the heart of Kelly Plantation, this full - scale renovation breathes new life into a timeless estate, blending contemporary design with classic architectural charm.
With visionary interiors by Duce May of Duce Interiors, every inch of this home was elevated with intention, precision, and luxury in mind. From the exterior transformation to the custom millwork inside, no detail was overlooked.
The journey began with a complete exterior refresh with fresh paint, a pressure - washed roof, newly sealed driveway, and updated front entry tile and lighting created instant curb appeal. The front door was replaced to set the tone for what lies beyond: a seamless blend of warmth, modernity, and craftsmanship.
Inside, the first floor underwent a total transformation. New flooring throughout creates a consistent and elevated foundation, while the living room’s redesigned fireplace now serves as a stunning focal point. The kitchen was gutted and rebuilt from scratch, now featuring high - end custom cabinetry, striking countertops, designer fixtures, luxury appliances, and a backsplash that adds a layer of art to the space.
The master bathroom is a study in sophistication . It was completely re - en visioned with custom cabinetry, curated tile, frameless shower glass, and modern plumbing fixtures. The adjacent powder bath and bar area were also fully remodeled to echo the sleek, tailored aesthetic seen throughout the home.
Guest bathrooms were refreshed with updated counters, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and lighting, while the vanities were given a fresh coat of paint for a clean, cohesive look. Structural updates and repairs to framing, trim, and drywall ensured the home functions as beautifully as it appears.
Even the upstairs balcony saw attention, with new waterproofing installed to preserve both integrity and luxury. We also updated the aesthetic with modern glass railings that don’t hinder the incredible view of the Bay.
