This home’s renovation was built around a bold architectural focal point: the newly constructed wood - burning fireplace and chimney , now anchoring the living room with timeless charm. From rooftop venting to a hand - laid brick surround, floating mantle, integrated cabinetry, and ambient art lights, the space now exudes character and intention — effortlessly balancing function and form.
The kitchen was fully gutted and redesigned to elevate both flow and aesthetics. Walls were removed to open up the floor plan and create space for a thoughtfully crafted island, arched coffee bar entry, and expanded cabinetry layout. Gas was run for a new chef - worthy range, while designer finishes including quartz countertops, tile backsplash, glass upper cabin et lighting, and curated pendants bring layered depth and elegance.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a brick accent wall in the dining area adds a grounding textural moment that speaks to the home's Southern roots, while seamlessly tying into the palette of natura l materials used throughout.
